OUR MISSION
The Lamp Lighters mission is to cultivate the gifts and talents of teen ladies by helping them discover their full potential, purpose, and leadership. We empower teen ladies to light up the world while walking in wisdom and excelling in all that they are purposed to do.
OUR VISION
Through purposeful programming including mentorship, education, social responsibility and self-efficiency, teen young ladies will make a positive impact in their communities and throughout the world-letting their light shine. The Lamp Lighter teens will know their divine purpose. Achieving their full potential, they will lead by example-acquiring and exhibiting leadership, wisdom, joy, courage and confidence.

GOAL
Our goal is to mentor these teen ladies ages 13-18 years old so there is NO doubt in their mind that they KNOW who they are and Whose they are in Christ. My prayer is they will have an established foundation to EXCEL in every area of their lives. They will walk in their Purpose. They will not settle for anything less than EXCELLENCE.
